ADMISSION & WITHDRAWAL OF PUPILS
  • Registration forms for admission are issued on the date fixed by the principal.
  • The name and date of birth of a pupil, as recorded in the admission Register cannot be changed. Parents are advised to give correct date of birth of the child at the time of admission and birth Certificate (In Original) must be produced.
  • The final decision with regard to admission rests with the principal.
  • No pupil from another School will be admitted without a Transfer Certificate from the last school which he/she has attended. He or she is also required to appear for an entrance Test. A pupil coming from another state should have his or her Transfer certificate countersigned by the Inspector of school.
  • The School Authoritiesreserves the right to refuse admission to any pupil without assigning any reason.
  • For withdrawal of pupil from the school, a calendar months’ notice must be given in writing, otherwise a calendar month’s fee will be charged.
  • Application for a Transfer Certificate should be made in writing to the principal by the parents or guardian of the pupil.
  • The school Management, acting through the principal will request the withdrawal of a pupil who fails for two consecutive years in the same class.
